SUMMARY: A 16-foot wide public utility easement is being granted to the City of Kingman by Thomas R. Orr, trustee for the Thomas R. Orr Revocable Trust with the recording of a parcel plat. The easement will be located on property at 3975 N. Bank Street. The easement is intended to accommodate utilities that serve an existing building on the property. The utility lines will extend across the boundary of another property once the lot split is recorded, which requires the easement to be granted.
FISCAL IMPACT: None expected. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the acceptance of this grant of easement on the parcel plat.
